STUDY ON FUTURE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND LUCRATIVE PROFESSIONS IN VIEW OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
Hossain KA

Abstract: Unlike traditional education, which generally aims to impart knowledge and allow the graduate pursue whatever they can think of with it, technical education is primarily focused with training a person for a certain job. Therefore, it makes sense that students attending technical schools receive far more, and more focused, job guidance. Furthermore, a lot of higher-level technical institutions have strong ties to businesses and other institutions who often hire their graduates for their technical divisions. Today, technical school graduates frequently find themselves in a stronger career position than graduates of conventional universities and colleges. In general, technical institutions and colleges play a far more significant role in the professional growth and career development of their alumni. The significance of schools and universities generating such individuals will only grow as the world requires more and more technical specialists who can do certain occupations. The nation must prepare the next generation to meet the growing demand for digital and smart capabilities. The future employment market will be dominated by such soft and smart technologies like communication, teamwork, problem solving, self-management, AI, ML, IoT, big data, etc. Future employment opportunities will also require other abilities that have not yet been identified. It is an analytical paper that assesses current and potential career opportunities for the new generation in light of technological advancement.

Influencing Consumers Satisfaction of P2P Accommodation: Based on Airbnb in Lanzhou City, China
Wei Chen, Su Mei Ruan , Wen Bao

Abstract: The research investigate consumers experience satisfaction of staying in Airbnb by means of comments mining analysis, collecting datas from 121 respondents and analyzed the factors affecting consumer satisfaction and specific detailed indicators. Results show that among the many factors that affect consumers satisfaction with Airbnb check-in experience, the strongest impact is service quality, followed by social interaction, and the weakest impact is uniqueness and perceived security. Through the survey, it is found that not only the Airbnb platform needs to be improved, but also the host needs to increase its own non-standard services, so that consumers can improve their satisfaction and have the willingness to check in again.

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A SMART CONTROL SYSTEM FOR IMPROVED ESTATE MANAGEMENT
Nwankwoeke Victor Okechukwu, Opara Felix Kelechi, and Nkwa Chukwuchekwa

Abstract: This project work centers on the design and implementation of a smart control system for improved estate management. The design and implementation of this proposed system was achieved through the use of Microcontroller and other units such as internet of things (IoT) WiFi module, Internet Protocol (IP) camera module, Short Message Service (SMS) notification unit, Automatic water supply and control unit. These modules or units were properly interfaced in accordance to the aim and specific objectives of the research work. The IoT WiFi module links the gadgets to the cloud where they can be remotely monitored and controlled. The IP camera connected to the WiFi module makes the gadgets under control to be viewed from anywhere in the world. SMS notification, Automatic intruder picture notification, Automatic water supply and control units interfaced with the Arduino Microcontroller will address the issue of security warning and water wastage in the estate. The system has a control table from which the Estate Gadgets Control Manger (EGCM) can use for easy access and control of the devices as the case may be. The completed prototype of the system is also capable of starting an electronic choke generator. The technologies deployed in the design of the system were WiFi and GSM network technologies.

Comparison of functional task training and resistance training to improve grip strength and hand function in elderly male and female population
Romsha Singh, Ashima Chachra

Abstract: Aging is strongly associated with impaired mobility and decreased physical functional performance. Hand undergoes many physiological and anatomical changes associated with aging, its prehension decreases. Test shows that hand function in elderly population diminishes slowly after 65 years. This reduced wrist motion and joint strength of elderly adults put them at greater risk for developing cumulative trauma disorders. According to the recommendations of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), hand grip strength (HGS) is a good predictor of general muscle strength. Since grip strength plays a key role in performing daily activities, the purpose was to compare set of functional and resistance exercises to enhance this strength in elderly population so that they can perform daily activities with ease and comfort. 32 participants were selected using random sampling from Jamia Hamdard rehabilitation centre. Handheld dynamometer and Michigan hand outcome questionnaire were used to investigate hand strength and hand function respectively post exercises. Clinically, this experiment shows that functional task specific training and resistance training both can be used to improve hand function of elderly population but while evaluating change in hand grip strength after exercises, resistance training is proved to be a better method comparatively.

EVALUATION OF CONCENTRATION OF HEAVY METALS IN SELECTED BABY FOOD IN BAYELSA STATE
Ezomoh O. Olubunmi, Olumorin O. Priscilla, Ebizimor Wodu, Fredrick A. Kelvin

Abstract: This study presents an analysis of the heavy metal concentrations in four distinct Baby foods samples. The samples were subjected to dry ashing as a method of digestion, and the heavy metal content was afterwards assessed using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Based on the findings, it was observed that Cerelac exhibited the greatest content of arsenic, measuring 0.0052 parts per million (ppm), while Kendamil displayed the lowest concentration at 0.0037 ppm. Cerelac had the highest lead concentration at 0.0072 parts per million (ppm), whereas Kendamil demonstrated the lowest lead concentration at 0.0056 ppm. The analysis of cadmium levels in the samples of Cerelac and Nutribom revealed that Cerelac exhibited the greatest concentration of 0.0036 parts per million (ppm), whereas Nutribom displayed the lowest concentration of 0.0021 ppm. The maximum recorded concentration of copper in Cerelac was 3.5057 parts per million (ppm), while the minimum concentration was 2.7463 ppm. The recorded values of mercury ranged from 0.0001 to 0.0003 parts per million. The concentrations of nickel (Ni) exhibited variation among the tested products, with Kendamil displaying the lowest concentration at 0.0049 parts per million (ppm), while Cerelac exhibited the highest concentration at 0.0078 ppm. The highest iron content was seen in Nutribom at a concentration of 1.4806 parts per million (ppm), while the lowest iron content was found in Peak Infant at a concentration of 0.5342 ppm. The readings collected were found to be below the permitted limit set by the World Health Organization (WHO).
