Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency of simple financial reports in MSMEs in Tatelu Rondor Village through the implementation of the Buku Warung application. MSMEs in Tatelu Rondor Village are one type of micro-enterprise, now growing along with the increasing public demand for packaging, especially plastic sacks. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, to see the research object naturally. Data Sources, Primary data is data obtained directly from the source. Secondary data is data obtained by researchers through other parties or from previously existing sources to support the research. Data Collection Techniques, Data collection techniques used are as follows: observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Data Analysis Techniques. Miles et al (2011), In qualitative data analysis, there are a series of activities carried out interactively and continuously until all data has been fully disclosed. These activities include reduction, data triangulation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that this application is proven to be able to improve efficiency in financial recording and reporting. Recording time has been reduced by up to 50%, while the error rate has dropped from around 30% with the manual method to just 5% after using the app. Furthermore, financial reports, which previously consisted of simple notes, are now more comprehensive with cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and accounts receivable and accounts payable recaps. Furthermore, the app has been able to increase digital financial literacy among owners and employees, enabling them to access formal financing to expand their market.
