Scirj Volume XIII, Issue VIII, August 2025 Edition ISSN: 2201-2796 Publication starts: 15th August 2025 Full Paper available from: 15th August 2025 Shaoxuan Geng, Boyi Chen, Hui Zhang Abstract: Research on the discursive construction of corporate identity, as an interdisciplinary study bridging linguistics and management, demonstrates pluralistic development trends in theoretical foundations and research design. However, significant methodological divergences persist, including limited integration of management theories and a lack of comprehensive theoretical perspectives or unified analytical frameworks. This study however conducts a discourse-historical approach analysis of corporate social responsibility reports of BYD, which integrates management theories with the corpus tool Wmatrix5 to investigate centrality, distinctiveness, and evolvability identities character constructed by BYD from both synchronic and diachronic perspectives. Furthermore, the research provides linguistic analysis and management-oriented interpretation of the underlying discursive practices and socio-historical contexts. The findings reveal that corporate social responsibility reports of BYD construct a centrality character as a comprehensive compliance-focused transportation solutions provider, a distinctiveness character as an intellectual-property-driven leader in green energy supply chains and an evolvability character as a pragmatic innovator pioneering globalized operation. These identity characters are achieved by highlighting key thematic domains such as Vehicles and transport on land (M3), Getting and possession (A9+) and Green issues (W5). Such constructions not only respond to the volatile international landscape and intensifying hyper-competitive market dynamics, but also reflect the comprehensive competence of BYD on how to build, maintain as well as adjust harmony relationships with multiple stakeholders, which leads to the improvement of corporate capabilities within this complex environment. This study offers insights into the interdisciplinary between linguistics and management science as well as diachronic dimensions of corporate identity research.
Md. Motahar Hossain, Dr. Hossain K A Abstract: In the contemporary landscape of communication systems, Microstrip Patch Antennas (MPAs) have gained immense popularity owing to their low profile, light weight, compactness, cost-effectiveness, and fabrication simplicity. In high-performance aircraft, spacecraft, satellite, and missile applications, where size, weight, cost, performance, ease of installation, and aerodynamic profile are constraints and low-profile microstrip antennas may be potent candidate. Despite their widespread use, MPAs exhibit a notable drawback in the form of low gain response. Researchers are actively engaged in overcoming this limitation, exploring diverse techniques to enhance MPA performance for specific applications. High gain antennas are particularly desirable in practical scenarios, providing extended coverage compared to their low gain counterparts. Microstrip array antennas emerge as promising candidates for achieving high gain, leveraging multiple radiating elements on a single substrate for versatile wireless applications. This paper delves into the background and current state of the problem surrounding MPA gain limitations. Various strategies reported in the literature to address these limitations include the use of parasitic patches, thick substrates, multi- resonator techniques, conventional array techniques, large ground planes, and stacked patches. However, each technique presents its own set of drawbacks, such as increased antenna size, complexity in multilayer fabrication, and additional impedance matching circuit requirements. Notably, conventional array antennas necessitate impedance matching circuits and transmission lines for connecting array elements, leading to bulkiness and increased internal losses, thereby compromising efficiency. The results of this study should greatly advance the field of micro strip antenna technology, creating new opportunities for useful and effective wireless communication systems. The 4x2 and 2x2 microstrip patch antennas developed in th
Hossain K A Abstract: Life, in biological concept, is the ability to breathe, grow, produce generation, etc that people, animals and plants have before they die. A happy life for humans, in sociological purview, can be defined in various ways, as it often depends on individual values, beliefs, and circumstances. Humans seek meaning of life in the metrics of happiness in worldly activities ,and happiness is more concerned in our feelings in the present and related to our satisfaction in general. This includes relationships, work, achievements, the people around us, level of pressure, zeal in life, and all other things that we care about and everything is integrated into the essence of simplicity in human life. As a matter of fact, a simple life is usually aligned with individual values and belief, which gives him/her room, time and energy so that he becomes free from mental and physical anxiety, stress and pressure. In fact, simplicity can give us a happy life and a simple and happy life is the common desire of mass people. It is an analytical and reviewed article, where the author has narrated and evaluated different schools of thought, and many scholars ‘wisdom came towards a common idea of simple life for happiness.
