Scirj Volume XI, Issue IX, September 2023 Edition ISSN: 2201-2796 STUDY ON FUTURE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND LUCRATIVE PROFESSIONS IN VIEW OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION Hossain KA Abstract: Unlike traditional education, which generally aims to impart knowledge and allow the graduate pursue whatever they can think of with it, technical education is primarily focused with training a person for a certain job. Therefore, it makes sense that students attending technical schools receive far more, and more focused, job guidance. Furthermore, a lot of higher-level technical institutions have strong ties to businesses and other institutions who often hire their graduates for their technical divisions. Today, technical school graduates frequently find themselves in a stronger career position than graduates of conventional universities and colleges. In general, technical institutions and colleges play a far more significant role in the professional growth and career development of their alumni. The significance of schools and universities generating such individuals will only grow as the world requires more and more technical specialists who can do certain occupations. The nation must prepare the next generation to meet the growing demand for digital and smart capabilities. The future employment market will be dominated by such soft and smart technologies like communication, teamwork, problem solving, self-management, AI, ML, IoT, big data, etc. Future employment opportunities will also require other abilities that have not yet been identified. It is an analytical paper that assesses current and potential career opportunities for the new generation in light of technological advancement.
