Scirj Volume X, Issue X, October 2022 Edition ISSN: 2201-2796 Publication starts: 25th October 2022 Full Paper available from: 25th October 2022 Management of Health Areas in the Context of Integral Communalization: Case of Health Huts of the Urban Municipality of Tibiri, Doutchi in the Niger Republic Dr. Elhadji Idi ISSOUFOU ADAMOU, Dr. Amadou OUMAROU Abstract: Niger Republic has been implementing a decentralization process for several years to create the conditions for better sharing and more organized implementation of administrative reform, to contribute to the entrenchment of democracy and to empower grassroots communities in the management of their development. This decentralization has been adopted also by the government of Niger to strengthen national systems, particularly the health system management. But this process of decentralization has produced very young municipalities with a low level of experience of the actors in terms of administrative management. Among the constraints mentioned in the functioning of these municipalities, we can mention, among others, the politicization of administration, the difficulties of collecting taxes (market and municipal) and of coordinating interventions, especially external ones (INS: 2013). The relationship between local authorities and health facilities is characterized by collaboration weak due to the lack of rigid establish official strategies and plans and therefore several difficulties arise about the management of health facilities, especially between the municipalities. The Urban Municipality of Tibiri is one that has the lowest coverage rate of health facilities in the region of Doutchi and these shortcomings and difficulties constitute a barrier for its development. That is why this study aims to understand the degree of collaboration between health facilities and local authorities, particularly health areas. It is a question of knowing how the urban commune of Tibiri participates in the management of its health huts attached to the health facilities of the communes of Koré-Mairoua and Douméga.
Study of Spiritual Motivation and Values on Organizational Performance Through Commitment Formation to L2DIKTI Lecturers Region IX Sulawesi Ahmad Ridha, Mahlia Muis, Idrus Taba, Jumida Maming Abstract: Organizational performance is a subjective perception of reality, which accounts for much of the critical reflection on the concept and its measurement tools (Lebas, 1995; Wholey J., 1996). Measurable repetitive activities help to utilize processes for organizational success in order to ensure performance levels and management to make informed decisions where, if needed, in the process for action to improve performance (Georgopoulos, 1957; Robbins, 1987). how the magnitude of the influence of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and spiritual values on organizational performance through organizational commitment to L2DIKTI lecturers Wialyah IX Sulawesi. In this study also consisted of 240 research samples where samples were taken from the two largest private university campuses namely Musilm University Indonesia and the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, and each consisted of 120 samples. The results of this study are Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant influence on tourist satisfaction with p = 0.000 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.745, Extrinsic Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment with p = 0.00 < 0.066 with a coefficient value of 0.120 , c. Spiritual values have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction with p = 0.010 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.235, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant influence on tourist loyalty with p = 0.005 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.376, extrinsic motivation has an influence positive and significant impact on organizational performance with p = 0.003 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.225, spiritual values have a positive and significant influence on organizational performance with p = 0.003 < 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.312, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance. Organizational Performance with p = 0.003 <0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.391.
ESTIMATION OF THE CROSS-SECTION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MICRO BLACK HOLES AT THE LARGE HADRON COLLIDER Z. Yu. Bondarenko, Yu. A. Tisenko Abstract: We have studied the cross-section of the reaction of micro black holes (MBH) formation at Large Hadron Collider in this paper. We models for multiple production processes at high energies for the estimation: model of MBH formation, the simplest parton model and a parton model for superhigh energies. On the basis of such a models we have made the conclusion, that the threshold of MBH formation by proton collisions is by 35-36 decimal orders larger than the energy, that was reached today at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) (14 TeV). It explains the absence of MBH observations at proton collisions at LHC. We have also studied MBH formation cross-section in collisions of protons with nuclei 𝑃𝑏 in this paper. On the basis of hydrodynamic model of hN-interaction it was shown, that the threshold energy of protons in a system of equal speeds (S - system) is of the order of 1035 TeV. That corresponds to the energy of the order of 1074 TeV at laboratory system (𝑝⃗𝑃𝑏=0). Such proton energy can not be reached at elementary particles accelerators. Possibly, a calculation of quantum effects will lead to a decrease of the threshold energy of MBH formation.
ANALYSIS OF ACCOUNTING TREATMENT OF COCONUT FLOUR INVENTORY BASED ON STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARD NO. 14 AT PT PUTRA KARANGETANG MINAHASA SELATAN Lusye C. Kumaat, Kiet Tumiwa, Roosje Awuy, Treesje A.C. Langi, Rudy A.J. Wowiling, Cysca A. J. Langi Abstract: The purpose of this research was to determine the application of Accounting Treatment of Coconut Flour Inventory at PT Putra Karangetang Minahasa Selatan based on the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 14. The research method used by the researcher, namely descriptive qualitative method, to describe the accounting treatment of coconut flour supplies based on the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 14 at PT. Putra Karangetang Minahasa Selatan. The data used in this study, sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, data withdrawal and conclusion testing. The results showed that the recognition, measurement, recording, disclosure and presentation of inventories applied to PT Putra Karangetang Minahasa Selatan was in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 14 concerning the accounting treatment of inventories.
MODEL OF USED FLOUR SACK STOCK INVENTORY FOR MSMEs WITH LIMITED CAPITAL CASE STUDY IN CV. KEMENANGAN BERSAMA Lidya A. Maramis, Yelly S. Paendong, Merry L. Sael, Sicilia S. Panelewen Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the inventory model of used flour sacks stock applied by CV. Kemenangan Bersama to remain available to meet the needs of its customers. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with business owners using a list of questions in the form of a questionnaire, while secondary data, documents/notes obtained from CV. Kemenangan Bersama. The results showed that to get sacks of used flour and ex-printed sizes of 25 kg, CV. Kemenangan Bersama is working with several suppliers, such as: a). Cooperation with companies that use wheat flour in their production process, such as noodle factories, bakery factories and so on in Jakarta and North Sulawesi. b). Buying from a job site for used sacks in the city of Jakarta. In this research, the CV Kemenangan Bersama sack stock inventory model can be overcome by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) inventory model.
